Return Policy

We're sorry things didn't work out for you, but it OK!!!
Here’s the good news!!! We accept returns within 48 hrs upon receiving the merchandise for most items, except final sales and accessories.

You just can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, stained by makeup or any type of stain, or any piece that has been altered in any way.


All original tags must be fully attached.

Also, gift cards, shipping, handling and tax are non-returnable and non-refundable, no credit will be applied.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: accessories such as, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, ear cuffs, any head accessories, pashmina, shoes, and others. Any other items marked as "Final Sale” or with Discount can’t be Returned.

 
 

How do I return an item?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, such as Tax Shipping and Handling.

Start your return by sending us your name, invoice number and items and sizes you want to return.
Indicate the reason for your return.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are at your* own cost.

Once the package is received and verified for condition online store credit will be processed immediately.

Please allow 3-5 days for it to be available online. Store credit can only be used online or in our store.
 

How do I process and International return?

Please follow the same instructions for regular returns. You must return your items to the address below within 14 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges and return shipping is covered by the customer.
